Collection: Aged Chocolate Bars

A limited edition release of aged single origin bean to bar chocolate. These beans are aged in a selection of Red Wine, Limoncello or Whisky for 30 days, creating a unique taste profile based on thechocolate’s terroir and alcohol notes.

The cocoa beans are roasted for 20 minutes at temperatures between 110 to 120 degrees and aged in alcohol for 30 days.
